Project concept. The archival SUR-810 describes a management system and a ruble-denominated pilot without issuing its own currency. The author’s later vision of gold backing is presented below as an area for development.

The management cycle helps connect the intent with the observable state and responsibility for the decision. Each transition requires reasons, a performer and a method of verification.

Versions of the plan
Archival master document
Version 1.0 dated 27 August 2026 describes integrated development management. SUR-810 is used as the registry name; the settlement pilot is assigned to RUB/643. This edition retains its original contents.
Author's vision from 28 October 2026
SUR is also proposed to be considered as the basis of a new world currency backed by gold. This is the intention for further development. The package found does not confirm the formation of the gold reserve, the designated issuer, the independent audit or the current right of exchange.
When reading documents, their dates and versions should be taken into account: a later design does not change the wording of the archival master.
