A common foundation.

The system helps distinguish property participation, resource tasks of projects, risk coverage and participant support.

Participate and preserve
The Share Fund connects members’ property participation with the Cooperative’s activities. The Indivisible Fund is a separate part of the share fund with special rules for preserving common property.
Develop and connect
The Development Fund provides the resource base for projects. The Infrastructure Fund focuses on direct consumer–producer interaction.
Support resilience
The Reserve Fund is provided for covering specified costs and losses; the Insurance Fund provides internal coverage of risks related to the Cooperative’s activities.
Secure obligations and help
The Guarantee and Surety Fund concerns security for obligations. The Mutual Assistance Fund supports Cooperative members under the conditions of its documents.

Documentary basis

Under clause 25.3 of the Charter, as cited in the register, the size, formation and use of funds are governed by regulations approved by the General Meeting on the proposal of the Cooperative’s Board.

The register describes funds provided for by the Charter; it does not confirm their actual formation, sizes, balances or the existence of assets.

Basis of the supplied catalogue: “Register of Funds of NPK NPO SPECZASHCHITA”, version 1.0 dated 26.08.2026, sections 1–3. Descriptions are abridged while preserving the source meaning.

Positioning is an editorial communication concept based on the supplied catalogue. It does not amend the provisions of the catalogue, Charter or fund documents.
